  • Self-Contained Client-Side Architecture: The FI Portal operates as a client-side visualization interface connecting to your own Google Spreadsheet. We do not hold custody of your funds, manage brokerage accounts, or execute financial transactions.
  • License for Personal Use: Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and associated templates for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Commercial Restrictions: You may not repackage, white-label, resell, or distribute our web applications, proprietary scripts, or templates as a commercial product or service without prior written authorization.

3. User Obligations & Spreadsheet Custody

When using the FI Portal or companion scripts:

  • Account Security: You are responsible for securing your personal Google Account, Google Sheet permissions, and local computing environment. Never grant public or anonymous edit permissions to sheets containing sensitive financial figures.
  • Accuracy of Inputs: You acknowledge that the output of any calculator or visualizer depends entirely upon the accuracy, completeness, and structure of the data you enter into your spreadsheet.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
    • Attempt to compromise, overburden, or disrupt our static hosting infrastructure or Google Cloud API endpoints.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security barriers on the website.
    • Use the website or tools for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly noted:
